Where are you based?We're based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney but we film all over the Sydney region & ACT including The Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands, Wollongong, Central Coast, Hunter Valley Region, Newcastle and Canberra.

How many videographers will be on our wedding day?Good question! There will always be at least 2 Videographers on your Wedding Day.

How many weddings have you filmed?We have been filming Weddings & Pre-Weddings for over 5 years and filmed a little over 50 Weddings! So not to worry, you're in good hands!

When is the best time to book?We recommend that you reach out to us as soon as you're thinking about your big day! We always recommend a minimum of 6 months before the big day.

Do you record the vows?Absolutely! We record the vows on all of our 3 recording devices all of which will be delivered on your highlighted and full-edited video.

Do you record the audio for the ceremony & speeches?Yes! All audio will be recorded on multiple devices to not miss any memorable speeches on your big day. A lot of questions we get is do we put a LAV mic on both the groom and the bride? We have found that it works best when only the groom is using the LAV mic. The mic can pick up audio from both the groom and the bride during the ceremony with clear crisp quality. We may ask the officiant to wear a LAV mic as well, so that you won't miss any memorable moments on the day.

Do we get to meet you before the wedding?We'd love to meet you before your big day! If you live pretty close to where we're located we'd love to grab a coffee and say hello! Or we're more than happy to set up a video chat beforehand to go over the details so that we're able to understand the vision that you have for your big day!

How long after the wedding do I get my base film?This can vary, normally our turnaround time is 7-12 weeks for the base film and 9-15 weeks for everything else. We stay true to our timelines and are proud to have never missed or gone over those deadlines, ever! At times, it may be quicker, however, it mostly depends on the time of year your wedding lands and the amount of backlog we have.

Do you work well alongside photographers?Of course! We work with a range of different vendors (photographers included!) We're super chill and get along with everyone. It's your day and one to not worry about us- enjoy the day and let us do the rest!
